A reminder that all participants must be ages 4-6 years old and weigh no more than 50 lbs. 

After filling out the form, you will be directed to a payment page.  the cost is $35 and payment has to be made to complete the entry.

Following that, you will be directed to a youth liability form.  please fill that out and submit it also.  at the very bottom of that form, please sign the form with your finger or your mouse. if you aren't directed to that form, please go to "forms" on our website and fill it out there.  this is an online fillable form, so you will not have to mail it back.  this form has to be filled out in order for your child to be entered correctly.
